How do I book a session?

Simply browse our list of experts, view their profiles, and click the "Book a Session" button. You'll be able to see their available time slots and book the one that works best for you.

What happens after I book a session?

You will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including a link to your scheduled video call. At the time of the session, just click the link to connect with your mentor.

Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time through your user dashboard. Please refer to our cancellation policy in the Terms & Conditions for more details.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe, a leading global payment processor, to handle all transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed.
